Community gardens in Singapore are vital shared spaces that strengthen neighborhood bonds, promote active lifestyles, and build a sense of belonging.

Tengah, Singapore's first forest town, will soon introduce nearly 1,000 new allotment garden plots to foster green living and community interaction. These gardens are set to become key hubs for residents to connect and collaborate.

Currently, managing garden plot applications creates a heavy administrative burden for Residents' Networks (RNs), limiting their capacity for broader community engagement.

How might we optimise plot management for RNs to support active resident participation in community gardens and reduce administrative burden on RNs?
