A unified feedback platform that connects gardeners and managers through transparent issue tracking, fostering accountability and trust in community garden spaces.
The Problem
In Singapore, feedback and complaints are a vital part of civic engagement, as reflected in the 1.7 million municipal complaints filed in just one year. As our shared spaces grow, so does the need for clearer, more structured channels to surface concerns and close the loop.
Community gardens, projected to be over at 3000+ by 2030 and engaging 48,000 volunteers, are no exception. While these gardens foster connection and collaboration, they also experience a high volume of feedback and interpersonal conflict. However, the current channels for addressing these concerns are informal, inconsistent, and lack transparency. Many gardeners share that their issues are not tracked, and addressed through private backchannel
Our Solution
A unified feedback platform that empowers gardeners to submit concerns, track progress, and engage with outcomes, while enabling community managers to monitor issues, respond publicly, and build community trust, creating a transparent feedback loop with shared accountability.
